Who is responsible

Jackson & Schwab Technologies is responsible for the personal information it receives through this website and uses to operate the company store. Questions about this notice can be sent to info@jacksonandschwab.com.

Information we use

Depending on how you use the site, we may receive:

• your email address when you use the contact form;
• your name, email, telephone number, billing information, delivery address, and order details when you buy from the company store;
• technical information routinely generated by hosting and security systems, such as an IP address, browser type, request time, and requested page;
• messages and other information you choose to send to us.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, process payments, fulfil and support orders, prevent abuse, maintain the website, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Store, payments, and fulfilment

Payment and delivery-address collection take place in Stripe-hosted Checkout. Jackson & Schwab Technologies does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe returns the information needed to confirm payment and fulfil the order.

Paid order details are sent to Printify for printing, delivery, production updates, and shipping notifications. Printify receives the selected product variant, quantity, recipient name, contact details, and delivery address required to fulfil the order.

Cookies and browser storage

The store uses your browser's local storage to keep the contents of your bag and a short-lived copy of public product information. This is necessary for the cart to work across pages. You can remove it by clearing site data for jacksonandschwab.com. The storefront does not use advertising cookies.

Service providers and transfers

We use service providers to host the website, process payments, and manufacture and deliver orders. These currently include IONOS, Stripe, and Printify. Information may be processed in countries other than your own where those providers operate. Each provider also publishes its own privacy information.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the website or its users, or as part of a business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards.

How long information is kept

We keep order and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, handle disputes, maintain accounting records, and meet legal obligations. General enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain an appropriate business record. Hosting and security logs are retained for limited operational periods.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and records we are required to retain. You may also object to or ask us to restrict certain uses. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant record, but do not send payment-card details by email.
